Abstract

Sustainability is a concept that in recent years has attracted special attention in the field of commercial distribution, as a consequence of a greater consumer awareness towards sustainable practices. However, the consumer's perception of sustainable practices developed by organizations can be modified depending on the type of establishment that implements them. Based on the assessments made by customers of different formats of commercial establishment, in this work we analyze the differences regarding sustainability in hypermarkets, supermarkets and discount stores
