Resumen

El presente trabajo analiza las intenciones de reserva de consumidores en alojamientos compartidos (Airbnb) después del inicio de la pandemia COVID-19 en dos países, España y EE. UU. La pandemia del COVID-19 con restricciones de viaje impuestas por el gobierno, cierres económicos generalizados y temor global a un virus potencialmente mortal, requiere mayor investigación sobre el efecto de esta amenaza global en el alojamiento compartido. Este artículo analiza la importancia percibida por los consumidores de los atributos de Airbnb durante la pandemia de COVID-19. También se analizan los factores que influyen en la intención de reserva de los consumidores a partir de la Teoría de la Acción Razonada, ampliada por la experiencia previa en Airbnb y las actitudes hacia la salud e higiene en Airbnb
