Zusammenfassung
Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament incorporates an out‐of‐court dispute settlement. Providers of online platforms should be required to provide for internal complaint‐handling systems, which meet certain conditions that aim to ensure that the systems are easily accessible and lead to swift, non‐discriminatory, non‐ arbitrary and fair outcomes, and are subject to human review where automated means are used.
