Abstract
The right to self-image at work is marked by the special relationship of subordination that links the employee and employer, but this does not justify the adoption by it of any action that may affect this right. The purpose of this study is to analyze the most frequent cases of infringement of the right to own image in the workplace, especially those involving the use of video-surveillance systems, the imposition to the worker of a particular external physical appearance and the obligation to wear a specific uniform.
