Resumo
The global emergency, which has worsened in recent decades, calls for urgent action to enable a transition to Sustainability. Education must assume the challenge and responsibility of training today’s citizens, since their decisions and actions have an impact on society and the planet as a whole. The main objective of the proposal presented here is to promote critical analysis, personal reflection and collective debate in a context close to the students by raising challenges related to the food model. The challenge is approached from a glocal perspective, addressing issues from a local perspective, but with the holistic context of Sustainability.
