Résumé

This paper pretend to be a guide to the systematic literature review useful to know a particular field of study, develop a theoretical framework and establish the appropriate hypothesis on which to focus research. To this end we have sought to specify the actions to take in different phases, which have been defined in five steps to follow in this process: identifying the field of study and analysis period, selection of sources of information, conducting the search (what, where and how), management and treatment of search results and analysis of results. Each of them have been described in detail and exemplified on the basis of our experience. Due to the importance of the systematic review on research, papers like the presented here, help to perform this activity while improving efficiency and increasing the quality of the results.
