Zusammenfassung

Este trabajo analiza la influencia del desarrollo de innovaciones y prácticas organizativas sobre la competitividad. Concretamente, examinamos si la implementación de prácticas de calidad y el desarrollo de capacidades dinámicas afectan positivamente a la competitividad a través de la mejora del desempeño innovador. Además, estudiamos la relación entre estas prácticas e innovaciones. La revisión teórica sugiere que las prácticas de calidad no ejercen influencia directa sobre el desempeño innovador, pero sí indirecta a través de las capacidades dinámicas. Por su parte, el desempeño innovador será un resultado previo necesario para que estas prácticas y capacidades influyan sobre la competitividad.
