Full Professor of Commercial and Competition Law Law Degree at the University of Valencia, LLM at the London School of Economics and Political Science, PhD in Law at the University of Valencia. Carmen was the President of the Competition Commission of the Valencian Community (Spain) for 4 years. She has been awarded several prestigious research fellowships, such as the Research Fellowship of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and has participated in numerous research projects both in Spanish and other European Universities, being the leading researcher of three of them. She has written four books and numerous articles published in Spanish and international books and journals, in the fields of antitrust and unfair competition law, business networks, corporate law, takeovers, insider trading and consumer protection. She teaches at both Graduate and Postgraduate level at the Law Faculty of the University of Valencia, where she co-ordinates and lectures in the “High Academic Performance Groups” of the Law Degree.
