Résumé
This dataset encompasses spectral raw data, accompanying metadata, and a MATLAB live script detailing the data analysis workflow presented in the paper titled "Dryfilm-ATR-FTIR analysis of urinary profiles as a point-of-care tool to evaluate aerobic exercise". The study explores the non-invasive analysis of urine composition using attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy coupled with multivariate analysis as a rapid and cost-effective method to investigate metabolic changes after intense exercise.
