Resumen

This study aimed to establish a model that relates the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic aspects of the reserpine-induced myalgia (RIM) model. To do this, measurements of reserpine in plasma and dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin in nervous tissue were carried out.
