The present work shows and analyses the different translations done by Joan Roís de Corella in the Segon del Cartoixà (1500), one of the four volumes that constitute the Cartoixà, translated by the Vita Christi and drafted by the german monk Ludolph of Saxony at the end of the 14th century. The catequetical aim of the text in addition to the literary ability of Corella will mark the character of the text, which will become personal.
