Resumo
Dataset obtained in the analysis of chronic recordings of local field potential of the dorsal hippocampus in SD rats trated with IP reserpine (fibromyalgia model). Used in the journal paper: Hippocampal oscillatory dynamics and sleep atonia are altered in an animal model of fibromyalgia: Implications in the search for biomarkersArantxa Blasco-Serra, Gloria Alfosea-Cuadrado, Ana Cervera-Ferri, Eva M González-Soler, Ana Lloret , Joana Martínez-Ricós, Vicent Teruel-Martí, Alfonso A Valverde-NavarroDOI: 10.1002/cne.24829 Description of the dataset: Specimen: code of the animal Status: control (before reserpine administration), reserpina (following reserpine administration) Statuscompl: control (before reserpine administration), PR (days following reserpine administration, i.e 13PR = 13 days folloing reserpine administration) Day: recorging day ti and tf: inicial and end time of the window analyzed Spectral analysis: band power and band ratio of the frequency bands (Hz): b1=[0.3 1.5]; b2=[1.5 4]; b3=[4 12]; b4=[12 16]; b5=[16 30]; b6=[30 80]; b7=[80 125]; band=[0.3 125]; Wavelet analysis: detection of regions with predominance of slow waves (b1) and theta (b3) b3_regions b3_ratio b3_meanfreq b3_std b3_width b3_fragmentation b1_regions b1_ratio b1_meanfreq b1_std b1_width b1_fragmentation EEMG analysis: mean value and standard deviation of the RMS EMG (EMGmean EMGstd) Sleep stage: determination of the sleep stage from EMG, slow waves, delta and theta results. Transitions: periods with diferent sleep stage from the precedent.
