Abstract

The construction company DREDGED wished to enrich its capacities of simulation and aid to the decision making by means of the Interactive and Virtual Graphical Information in its roadworks. With this aim has created along with University of Cantabria and University of Valencia program VALLE® that it unifies software of design of highways and software of capacities graphical and realistic, so that the engineer can try on realistic surroundings the analysis of variants or modifications of interactive form and roadworks, that can be evaluated in real time, accurately technical. This software has been created on the OpenScenegraph library that allows techniques of Virtual reality, creating its own model of highway and allowing the interchange of data with other platforms of layout via XML.
