Resumen

The world of work is changing as the process of digital transformation progresses incessantly. One of these manifestations can be seen in the figure of teleworking, which was one of the main solutions to the effects of the pandemic caused by Covid-19 and which, even with less intensity, seems ‘to be here to stay’. In this study, after contextualizing the phenomenon and justifying the relevance and breadth of the training issue in this type of work, the usefulness and opportunity of Arts. 3 and 9 of Act No. 10/2021 on remote work is mainly analysed. Indeed, the study focuses on the execution of training contracts under the remote work regime and the different dimensions of the legal regime of the right-duty of training of teleworkers.
