Given the need for new models and information that justifies the introduction of Physical Activities in the Natural Environment within the Physical Education programs, this article seeks to dismantle all those excuses for which have historically been set aside from schools. It does this by offering resources and alternatives so that they can be implemented regardless of the context of each school and the characteristics of the students. This proposal is divided into two blocks: the first is hiking, in the form of a project that leaves to the choice of each one which will be the parts that will work and leaving the door open to introduce more contents and contents of other areas. And the second block is aimed to activities with rope of climbing and abseiling, proposing tips for proper progression and ideas for being able to work on them at school without or with as little material as possible. The aim is to develop a practical application proposal so that Physical Education teachers can include Physical Activities in the Natural Environment within their didactic programming, promoting this type of sports among the younger population in a safe and effective way.
