Résumé
In this paper we present the information derived from the fauna study of the excavations carried out in the port archaeological site of Torre d'Onda (Burriana, Castellón). In total, 660 remains of animals from the excavation campaigns carried out between 19777 and 2007 have been analyzed, the vast majority belonging to mammals. The archaeozoological study has been able to determine the existence of an incipient Roman influence on food
