Resumen

El abuso sexual intrafamiliar (ASI) es entendido como una forma abusiva de maltrato al menor, siendo considerado, incluso, una forma de violación de los derechos humanos. Se trata de una problemática frecuente en todo tipo de cultura y sociedad, sin distinción de estrato social, que tiene un impacto significativo en la salud mental de la víctima. En el presente trabajo se lleva a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica publicada durante el periodo 2010-2022 sobre las consecuencias psicológicas a corto y a largo plazo del ASI. El análisis sistemático reveló diferentes temáticas relacionadas con el ASI y sus consecuencias: impacto psicológicas del ASI en la víctima, gravedad del abuso sexual, entorno familiar en la infancia, afrontamiento y apoyo, adaptación en la vida adulta y características del sujeto abusador.
