Resumen

The sistematical action of using higer amounts of fluoride than those recomended, could be the cause of anomalies in the developpement of tooth enamel fluorosis. We show the case of a girl who consumed bottled water with high fluoride leve!, from the age of two to four. This is a critic period since the clinical crowns of permanent dentition are developping and the structure of tooth enamel can be disturbed.
