The new Sports Law incorporates a series of measures to promote equal pay and awards between women and men who practice sports at a professional level, who must be integrated with the applicable regulations and the guiding principles on equality remuneration based on sex in the workplace. In this context, it stands the present work in which the scope of the principles of equality and non-discrimination in remuneration based on sex in the field of professional sport in relation to each of the different operators legal (national sports, federations professional leagues and clubs or sports entities).
