Zusammenfassung
This paper deals with several morphological conditionants to be considered when designing surgical crown lengthening procedures. These conditionants are related to the tooth to be lengthened, the adjacent teeth, and their respective periodontium. The implications of these conditionant factors, and of those anatomical factors analysed in the former paper, are shown through the design and surgical procedure of several case reports that are presented.
