Red de innovación docente interuniversitaria en farmacologíaUn espacio común para mejorar el aprendizaje

Abstract

The Interuniversity Teaching Innovation Network in Pharmacology has been operating since the 2015-2016 academic year to date. It is the only Network of these characteristics that, created within the scope of the University of Valencia, exists in Spain, and brings together many professors (124) from different Spanish (18) and Chilean (2) universities, who teach Pharmacology in different Bachelors’ (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Optics, Nutrition...) and Postgraduates’ Degrees in Health Sciences. The objectives of this Network include: organizing a common space for collaborative work; create a repository of teaching materials already implemented, share the experience, and evaluate it; undertake educational innovation projects of the network aimed at active learning. The shared use of the material provided allows us to integrate and consolidate new teaching modalities developed within the framework of innovation projects and, above all, to analyze and discuss them together. The Network’s own projects are aimed at preparing teaching material, organized thematically and with a common format, which facilitates/ updates the work of both new teachers and seniors, in the different Pharmacology subjects, providing tools for active learning.
