Resumo

A new method for the determination of the single scattering albedo (Wo) and the forward scattered radiation due to aerosols ( Fc) is presented. lt has been developed considering the broadband radiation components and not employing solar radiation values in selected spectral bands as it is usually done. The model has been applled to the urban area of Madrid (Spain). The results show that it exists a dependence between the aerosols present in the atmosphere and the season of the year.
