Resum

This educational innovation project focuses on supporting practices and the theoretical understanding of the pathologies that can cause the difference in length of the lower limbs (dissymmetry). this will give rise to problems in the individual's gait and when he is static, causing future pathological problems. The project is aimed at students of medicine, nursing, podiatry, and all health sciences in general. Also, to doctors in surgical areas, such as traumatology, which will allow them to better understand how to make the diagnosis and guide the specialist to decide on the treatment to appoint, even before performing a surgical intervention. it consists first in a series of maneuvers that involve inspection of posture and gait, with determination of shortening and possible involvement of the spine and lower limbs. Second, the performance of the Allis test. Third, the use of the pressure platform to determine the footprint and gait. Fourth, the radiographic determination to determine the great length or shortening of the different bones of the lower extremities. this project deals with the two teaching innovations produced, carried out and published by the University of Valencia (UV-SFPIE_PID-1641895 and UV-INV_EPE-1630694) and which has allowed the publication of three official videos in the three languages of the university, Catalan, English and Spanish, to give a clear vision of the procedures that health Sciences professionals must carry out.
