Resum

The article explores the historical evolution of the popular festival in honor of saint Vincent Ferrer in Valencia, analyzing its various phases: traditional feast, modern feast and contemporary feast. Likewise, the Vicentine miracles stand out as the central reference of the festive ritual sequence, together with the street sociability that made possible the intergenerational transmission of the party. The text also reflects on the factors that the current Vicentine popular festival receives, which needs to be reconsidered in a context of advanced modernity.
