Résumé
To offer the consultation ́s possibility in a specialized journal Accounting and administration of companies the surveid formulated to the Spanish and European hospitals during the years the 2003-2005. The aim of the project is to evaluate of the grade of implementation of the information systems and costs in order to face a model of cost accounting based on the management of the patients. This work has been presented in a summarized way in the VI Congress Iberoamerican of management administration and accounting and IV Iberoamerican Congress of management accounting taken place in Valencia (Spain) June 7 to 9, and due to their extension (doctoral thesis proyect), can not be developed more except in its main subjects, given the limited of the publication extension.
