El impacto de la participación de los trabajadores en la prevención de riesgos psicosociales en el medio laboral español

Zusammenfassung

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue estudiar el impacto de los representantes de los trabajadores en el entorno laboral español sobre la gestión de los riesgos psicosociales. A través de un estudio transversal utilizando los microdatos de la encuesta (ESENER-2-España, 2014) con una población de 3162 centros de trabajo se efectuaron diversos modelos de regresión logística multinomial obteniendo resultados ambivalentes. Por un lado, la presencia de representantes impulsó mayores estándares de gestión de los riesgos psicosociales. Pero, por otro lado, no fueron capaces de activar una cultura preventiva participativa y reducir los niveles de absentismo laboral. Sin embargo, el único indicador relacionado con la eficacia del sistema (reducir el absentismo) fue la participación directa de los trabajadores en el diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión psicosocial.
