Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify, through a literature review, the key parameters in the execution of thesemovements in terms of the ideal trajectory of the bar and kinematic parameters such as speed and accelerationthroughout the path. For this, 25 original scientific articles have been selected from the following databases: GoogleScholar, PubMed, Dialnet and Scopus. It was found that there are three possible trajectories of the bar withdifferences mainly in the verticality of the bar in the ascending phase and in the displacement of the feet. On theother hand, it was determined that the speed of the bar reached at the end of the first pull ranged between 1.17and 1.26 m/s while in the second pull the speed reached by the bar was between 1.7 and 1. 8m/s Regardingacceleration, in the first pull it was between 3.2 and 3.5 m/s2 and in the second pull between 5.3 and 5.9 m/s2.These results reflect a clear importance of the analysis of sports technique in the execution of the snatch inweightlifting, in order to improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury.
