Resumen

After dedicating a previous work, in the year 2020, to "the gestation of a care and educational project in the illustrated Lleida of the XVIII century: The House of Mercy", we deal, in this occasion, of the constructive process the mentioned house. All the procedures, lists of expenses, receipts and daily parts of the professionals who participated are kept. A valuable and exceptional documentation that provides, in addition to the same constructive fact, data and aspects of the society and economy of the moment. We highlight, in particular, the master builder, or architect, who directed the works and controlled the whole process, Pere Celles, one of the most prominent professionals of the last third of the eighteenth century in Lleida
