La empatíauna característica necesaria en la formación de estudiantes universitarios

Resumo

Empathy is a trait that is possessed to a greater or lesser extent and that, in certain profes-sions in which personal treatment is fundamental, marks the quality of human relationships. For this reason, analyzing the levels of empathy of university students that come from degrees related to edu-cation and social sciences, can be an opportunity for knowledge and, where appropriate, optimization thinking about their subsequent professional projection in educational institutions. This paper aims to review the concept of empathy, highlighting the various perspectives from which their knowledge is addressed, as well as the various instruments that allow evaluating this characteristic. Whose purpose will be to interpret and evaluate some results that contribute to the analysis of reflection processes necessary in the training of university students.
