Abstract
Society struggles for those forms of contracting tending to obtain a certain benefit, using different complex legal forms. And in these complex businesses it is possible that an interlocutor interferes, either in order to hide the true identity of the contracting party, or simply as an alternative means to obtain the end pursued by the parties. The purpose of this research is focused on the analysis of the fictitious interposition of the person as a form of simulation, and the attempt to establish the guidelines that allow us to know when we are facing the so-called frontmen or fictitious interpositions.
