Zusammenfassung

This communication aims to clarify how to raise the mentoring process in virtual learning environments through the case of an online university and the perceptions of the students of two degrees about it. The analysis, which is made through the questionnaires measuring student’s satisfaction when they finish their subjects, shows that students perceive in a favorable way the implementation of mentoring models, specially the aspects related to teaching and didactics in a higher way that the aspects related to attention, motivation and participation.
