Abstract

Surrogacy has become in a few years a popular method of procreation that draws an increasing number of people. Regardless of the ethical considerations that deserves this technique, the fact is that currently regulatory disparity existing throughout the world favors the existence of a market for babies and raises problems of great magnitude for those who are nationals of an Estate that prohibits gestational surrogacy, but intend to bring there a child born in another place where this practice is permitted and whose affiliation has been attributed to them legally.
