Zusammenfassung

This paper is an approach to a very important part of the government system of the Spanish Monarchy. The Monarchy was composed of many kingdoms that had to be governed according to their own legal and institutional system. This context conditioned the political administration of the Monarchy and made it necessary to create mechanisms that allowed to administrate properly each kingdom. In this text, Valencia and Sardinia are presented as examples of two kingdoms with similar institutional systems because they were two territories of the Crown of Aragon.
