Abstract
Background. The learners are the key piece to check the process of integration of ICT in the education system, therefore, this study is focused on analyzing in depth the degree of satisfaction of the students on the process of teaching and learning in Grade of Pedagogy at the University of Valencia. Currently with the implementation of the Bologna Process, students receive four years of academic training, 240 ECTS credits. Method. In terms of methodology, this study is based on a survey design whose population are the students of Pedagogy at University of Valencia. The instrument for collecting information is a questionnaire that has been designed for that purpose. Results. The results provide clues to the changing educational policies, professional development, teacher training and the methodology used in educational practice for educational improvement. Conclusions. There is a clear demand by students for further education to Grade Pedagogy. These data lead us to reflect on whether the current curriculum is suited to the demands of students and society.
