Resum
This paper includes a summary of the educational proposals developed during the 2010/2011 course at the University Miguel Hernández of Elche, in the Master Teacher Training for Secondary Education in the subject "Approach to the curriculum of the Social Sciences”. It was approached from critical analysis and compared by students, to l et him discern those relevant elements of it and the lack of others reflect the most latent shortcomings of today's society. A comparative analysis of legislative developments and their relationships with the educational and social development, teachers al low the implementation of an open, critical and reflective, imperative to ensure the overall development of the pupil thinking. Mainly intended that teachers took them future legislation as a director but also support element and therefore revisable that c ould be linked to the current socio reality.
