Résumé
The collection of antique fabrics of Mariano Fortuny Marsal (1838-1874) went on sale at the auction of the Hôtel Drouot in Paris, few months after the early death of the painter. The study of several handwritten catalogues has served us to know prices and buyers of each of the references. These data have allowed us to make a comparative study between different categories. We have made an analysis according to the typologies and its valuation in the market to establish the aspects that influence the price of those pieces.
