Resum
This article recounts an experience of educational model Florida Universitària, attached to the University of Valencia, where the development of competitive leadership in the 4th year of the undergraduate degrees of Master and Primary Education with the aim of contemplated center develops entrepreneurship in their students. For this 4th year students have the opportunity to act as leaders of teams that are created for the development of Integrated Projects first degree course. Each leader is responsible for leading a team to achieve the objectives set out in the project. Leaders are formed through seminars and are accompanied in this process by their coach, experiential learning and reflective manner. Among its tasks the leader tracks evidence gathering operation of the equipment as well as analyzing the results and improvements in their performance. The results show that the benefits of development of training and practice leadership in university students are clear: increase student motivation and give meaning to theoretical knowledge.
