Resumen

A Spanish language program for foreigners always finds in any of its subjects taught to the students, a series of problems arisen from the vocabulary used. In relation to a course on Art History, the problems increase due to the fact that art has an inherent language whose ignorance leads the students to a isunderstanding of an artist´s work. Therefore, we propose the development of a prior outline of the terminology related to the sculpture whose aim is to familiarize the students with this specialized vocabulary. Using a poster in the classroom, we can draw on it a series of general outlines related to the specialized vocabulary that students can look up whenever they want to.
