Resumen

In this document we describe the design and theassembly process of a radio telecope based on Software DefinedRadio (SDR), as well as the experimental characterization of thehorn antenna in an anechoic chamber. The process of observationand analysis of the spectral line of hydrogen, received by meansof the radio telescope, is also explained.
