Un caso inusual de displasia cementaria periapical de localización en molares mandibulares

Resumo
The present study reports a case of PCD in a 46-year-old man. This is an unusual case because while the most frequent location oí the lesions is the incisal area, we found in this patient that the premolar-molar area was the only place affected. Radiographically we found periapical radiodense areas surrounded by a radiolucent border. Histological examination revealed a cementum-like hard tissue in a fibrous connective tissue. We point out the differential diagnosis with other similar lesions.
