Résumé

La Punta is an Iberian-period oppidum located in the municipality of La Vall d’Uixó, in the south of the province of Castellón, in the middle of the coastal plain, and 5.5 km from the coast. It is one of the most important sites located in the territory of the ancient Edetana ethnic group, which originated between the Xúquer and Millars rivers. Today, the site is strongly affected by poachers’ looting and plundering. Abilio Lázaro deposited in the Museum of Burriana an interesting set of fragments of black-glazed pottery from the site, which we intend to present in this article.
