Resumen
The way in which innovations are disseminated over the territory is clo- sely related to the configuration of the agricultural producer’s networks around the organisations. This research studies the relationship between information flows and personal networks in organic farming that directly or indirectly promote inno- vations in the sector. Based on a list of 28 innovations, grouped into four categories (Product, Process, Organisation and Marketing), in-depth interviews are carried out with 11 actors related to organic farming in the two provinces of Castellón and Valencia to analyse the innovation dissemination networks. Based on the qualita- tive data obtained from the interviews, the rates of adoption and speed of innova- tions will be analysed, as well as the networks for the dissemination of innovations among producers and organisations in a sector that is continually growing, such as organic farming in the Valencian Community.
