Resum
The starting point of the text is a reflection on the nuances with which the idea of vulnerability can be applied to women. Although it attributes/recognises value to the notion of vulnerability in the field of human rights and antidiscrimination law, it does not identify it as an autonomous concept or a notion that has an autonomous operation, but rather as an explanatory category for the structural and systemic processes of inequality.
