Abstract

New technologies allow scientific community to have a set of tools to simulate some of the processes to elaborate scientific work, such as establishing meetings, writing papers, and sharing files, highlighting the importance of the collaborative work. The uses of these applications, where synchronization and update of contents are fundamental, allow the professionals to conduct these processes in a fluent and agile way. This article shows applications to plan meetings (Doodle, Google Calendar), to store and share big sized files (Dropbox, SugarSync), and to write cooperative documents (GoogleDrive, OneDrive).
