Resumen

La universidad emprendedora se corresponde con una universidad concebida para la sociedad del emprendimiento, yendo más allá de la simple transferencia de tecnología y la tercera misión, al tiempo que responde al cambio actual que se preconiza desde una economía intensiva en industria hacia una intensiva en conocimiento. En este artículo analizamos el estado actual de la universidad emprendedora y proponemos nuevas formas de diseño y mecanismos de gobernanza en la universidad, una arquitectura universitaria para organizar el emprendimiento, enfocada en la transformación de la universidad como plataforma de generación de emprendimiento y empresas, en especial aquellas formadas por alumnos o alumni startups
