Resumo
The noise impact is one of the most troublesome types of community noise. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the sound quality of the impact of noise generated by different objects (heels, balls, ball machine impacts). It also aims to assess the subjective discomfort of this noise in order to build a model based on psychoacoustic descriptors. This work aims to highlight the subjective nature of sound perception. The impression that the isolates do not meet the minimum occurs in greater proportion among the users of housing classified as "high quality", although the values of the rules do not discriminate on the basis of these characteristics. This is because, in our view, that the buyer has already internalized isolation as a quality requirement, like other contract (floor tiles, taps, etc.), with the difference that you can not check until it makes use of the dwelling.
