Résumé

The university plays a fundamental role in the training of students for the development of competence in Information and Communication Technologies and the integration of the ICT in your life. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between the competence of search and management of information with the use of technological resources in university students of Education degrees. This is a survey design, whose sample consists of 132 students of the degrees of Pedagogy and Social Education of the University of Valencia, selected by nonprobabilistic and accidental sampling, collecting the information through a questionnaire. The results indicate the existence of a positive link between the search and the management of the information with the use of the technological resources. In addition, this relationship between the search and management of information is more intense with personal-academic use at home and with personal use, and not so much with use in the classroom. The study suggests that educational policies aim to stimulate greater and better use of ICT in the classroom, as well as enhance personal-academic use.
