Resumen
The aim of this paper is to obtain a bound for the � -length of a � -soluble group � whose elements of order � or order 4 (if �=2 ) of a Sylow � -subgroup of a residual subgroup of � are contained in the � -th term of the upper central series of a Sylow � -subgroup of � .
