Résumé
The composed odontoma is shown in a young patient, sent by his orthodontist, because of a nodulose image reciated in the radiographycal exam, acompanied by the retention of the temporary tooth. Once the diagnosis of composed JContoma is established, the surgical treatment is made in order to enable the eruption of the definitive tooth, that finally was lped by an elastic orthodontical traction.
