Resumen
The craniofacial deformations produced in a macerated dry skull with almost perfectly aligned dentition, by means of anteriorly directed forces, similar to those used in the treatment of certain types of Maloclusiones class III, are studied with holographic interferometry. With this technique, isodeformation lines are visualized allowing for a quick appreciation to the relative deformations produced on each suture bordered area. The analysis has been done both for different magnitudes of steady force and for stepwise increased forces. It has been established a maximum increment of about 100-200gms in applied force to make possible the overall analysis of the bony structures if interest
